In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Use of the rnb96 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rnb96 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. This requirement applies regardless of any lower age threshold that may exist under local law.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You represent and warrant that accessing rnb96 does not violate any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship, adjudicated incompetents, or individuals otherwise lacking contractual capacity under Indonesian civil law are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: You are eligible to hold only one Account on the Platform. Persons who have previously had an Account terminated or permanently self-excluded are not eligible to register a new Account.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and playing for your own personal recreational use only. Opening an Account on behalf of another person, on behalf of a business entity, or for professional arbitrage, syndicate betting, or bonus abuse purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have active voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from gambling in effect at the time of registration. rnb96 will not knowingly accept registrations from self-excluded individuals.

To access real-money games on the rnb96 Platform, you must complete the registration process and open a verified Account. The following conditions apply:

3.1 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 KYC Documents. rnb96 is entitled to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian Passport, or Driving Licence (SIM); proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered e-wallet or bank account in your name). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by rnb96 support will result in Account suspension pending verification.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one Account. If rnb96 discovers duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual (by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying attribute), rnb96 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds held therein, and retain winnings derived from Bonus Funds pending investigation.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. You agree to notify rnb96 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. rnb96 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure. If you wish to self-exclude rather than simply close your Account, refer to Section 7 (Responsible Gaming) for the appropriate procedure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rnb96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA bank transfer, BRI bank transfer, BNI bank transfer, Mandiri bank transfer, CIMB Niaga bank transfer, OVO e-wallet, DANA e-wallet, GoPay e-wallet, ShopeePay e-wallet, and LinkAja e-wallet. rnb96 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated periodically. rnb96 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice. VIP players may be subject to higher limits by arrangement with rnb96 support.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 5 to 15 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during banking hours. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, system maintenance windows, or where additional KYC verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the rnb96 Account. Before processing a withdrawal, rnb96 may require completion of the full KYC verification process. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. rnb96 reserves the right to conduct fraud and integrity checks prior to authorising any withdrawal.

4.5 Abandoned Funds. In the event that a Player's Account remains inactive (no login, no wager, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months, rnb96 reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated. rnb96 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder by email before inactivity fees begin to accrue.

5.1 General. rnb96 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific Bonus Terms & Conditions published alongside the relevant promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual Bonus Terms. Unless otherwise stated in those terms, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account.

5.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Bonus Terms, the following contribution rates apply: slots contribute 100%; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack live) contribute 10%; video poker and RNG table games contribute 10%; sportsbook single bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%; sportsbook accumulators (*mix parlay*, a popular multi-bet format) contribute 100% subject to a minimum of three legs at odds of 1.30 or greater per leg.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. rnb96 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse including, but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage, low-risk cycling strategies, and coordinated multi-account exploitation. Where rnb96 determines, in its sole and reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, rnb96 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those funds and to restrict or close the relevant Account.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Bonus Terms of a specific promotion, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the Wagering Requirement on an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6.1 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on the rnb96 Platform — including slots, video poker, RNG blackjack, and RNG roulette — use independently certified random number generation. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel and reflect long-term theoretical averages over millions of rounds.

6.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are conducted in real-time by human dealers using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) at studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Live game results are determined by physical outcomes and are not influenced by rnb96 software or personnel.

6.3 Sportsbook. Sportsbook odds are set by rnb96 in accordance with standard commercial practice. rnb96 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or data feed failures. Void bets will have the staked amount returned to the Player's Account. Maximum payout limits per event and per market are displayed on the relevant sportsbook market.

6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction that interrupts a game round before a result is determined, rnb96 will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-round state. If that is not technically possible, the stake for that specific round will be returned to the Player's Account. rnb96 is not liable for losses arising from third-party connectivity failures on the Player's side.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding a game result or sportsbook settlement must be raised with rnb96 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after 30 days will not be considered.

rnb96 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. The following tools are available to all registered players through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Set a maximum continuous session length after which you will be automatically logged out. Available in increments from 30 minutes to 8 hours.
• Reality Check: Configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks without full self-exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rnb96 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-mining tools, or any non-human access mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained in this way will be voided.

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling as described in these Terms.

All content on the rnb96 Platform — including but not limited to the rnb96 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rnb96 or its licensors (including game studios Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of rnb96.

The rnb96 name, logo, and associated brand elements may not be used in any context that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with rnb96 without explicit written authorisation.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rnb96's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 rnb96 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where rnb96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 rnb96 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rnb96 makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform for any purpose.

10.4 rnb96 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure arises from a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to internet infrastructure outages, actions of Indonesian telecommunications regulators, banking system interruptions, or changes in applicable law.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rnb96's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

rnb96 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and personalised promotional communications (where you have opted in).

All data transmission between your device and the rnb96 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Player financial data is held in segregated systems with access restricted to authorised personnel only. rnb96 does not sell player data to third parties.

rnb96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. For minor or administrative changes, rnb96 may update the Terms immediately without advance notice.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account. Your Real-Money Funds balance will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rnb96 holds its primary operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally between you and rnb96 shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation fails to produce a resolution within 60 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

For disputes involving amounts of Rp 5.000.000 or less, rnb96 offers an expedited written dispute resolution process via email at [email protected]. rnb96 undertakes to provide a reasoned written response within 14 business days of receiving a formal written dispute submission.
